NAHBS Exhibitor Roundup

Wondering what’s new in the Handmade World? Here are a few creations posted this week by NAHBS exhibitors on their blogs…

Independent Fabrication built this ti Planet Cross with a side-mounted waterproof guitar case. Yes, you heard that right. The customer is an old friend of IF’s, musican Roger Clyne.

Here’s a 650b steel hardtail that Groovy Cycleworks’ Rody Walter adapted for his son, Kalten. Rody says, “Gonna be a fun ride that “hopefully” will take Kalten through high school at least…fingers crossed.”

This super-clean “eurostyle” cyclocross bike from Ahrens was designed as a pure race machine with top-tube cable routing, high bottom bracket, no bottle mounts, and a pulley behind the seat tube for the front derailleur cable.

Ahrens also produced this single-speed ‘crosser with sliding rear disc brake dropouts.

Impressive work from these builders, as always…
